NW Resiliency Project is proud to partner with If You Don’t Quit, You Win and national mental health advocate Shannon Kapp on the 100 Reasons to Stay Alive initiative, a groundbreaking campaign aimed at combating teen suicide by putting tangible resources and hope directly in the hands of high school students across the country.
This isn’t just awareness. It’s action. It’s access. It’s life-saving work.
100 Reasons to Stay Alive is a bold, multi-platform movement designed to meet students where they are, in schools, on their phones, and in their communities, to remind them they are not alone and that they have a future worth fighting for.
What sets us apart, as echoed in focus groups and community feedback, is that we're not here to replace crisis response tools like 988, we’re here to work before they’re needed.

“Hope in their hands.”
Backed by science and driven by heart, 100 Reasons to Stay Alive is a preventative Hope Project, designed to strengthen students’ sense of purpose, identity, and resilience long before crisis hits… and to reinforce their will to stay even when it does.

At NWRP, we believe that resiliency is built before crisis. That’s why our partnership with 100 Reasons to Stay Alive is so critical. Together, we’re working to reach teens before they reach a breaking point, embedding life-affirming tools directly into their everyday environments.
We’re not just sharing information. We’re building connection, courage, and community.
Our next critical milestone is $3 million, this will fully fund our national pilot (September–December 2025), complete all first-phase development, and launch distribution across 10 major markets.
Together, we can reach students before crisis, and remind them they have reasons to stay
Let’s change the conversation. Let’s meet students where they are. Let’s make sure no one forgets that they have 100 Reasons to Stay Alive.
