At NW Resiliency Project (NWRP), we’re not just raising awareness—we’re creating change.
Founded in response to repeated tragedy, we are a 501(c)(3) nonprofit dedicated to equipping students, athletes, families, and educators with the tools to strengthen mental well-being before crisis hits. Our programs are grounded in compassion, connection, and evidence-based practices that meet people where they are, in schools, on fields, at home, and in the community.
We believe mental health isn’t a side conversation, it’s the foundation of a thriving life. Through peer-led support, educator and coach trainings, family engagement, and bold partnerships like 100 Reasons to Stay Alive, we’re building a culture where seeking help is a strength, not a stigma.
Whether you're a parent, educator, coach, student, or advocate, you have a place in this movement. Join us in creating a future where every young person feels supported, seen, and resilient.
