She is a visionary leader, bringing more than 25 years of experience creating and managing mental health treatment services in both the public sector and non-profit arena. She is passionate about influencing policy, centering the "work" in equity, community, and lived experience.
Mother of 2 & part of the Lake Oswego community, Heather is the founder and director of Heights of Health's Therapy Services. Heather is a seasoned expert with over 25 years in education, behavior, and holistic health.
Founding her practice focusing on kids, teens, and young adults, particularly athletes Coach Kos is passionate about mental health in sports, she consults with college and high school coaches worldwide, emphasizing the importance of mental wellness and self-improvement in today's evolving sports landscape.
